Founder of On Purpose Consulting Group, a nonprofit that helps women live their lives on purpose, for purpose, and with purpose. She is also the founder of Grit & Glitz, a local women in business community that creates connection, community, encouragement, and empowerment. Cassie is a nurse, wife, mother, and community activist. She focuses on holistic leadership strategy, coaching, content, and community. She is bi-vocational and has been serving her community for the past 17 years as a registered nurse in varying fields, including oncology, emergency room, and home care.Cassie is passionate about being salt and light, living her life on mission, and serving her local community. She also serves in her church leading discipleship and worship. She is passionate about helping those who are in the world but not of it, and to help others understand the cost of caring and how to effectively manage combat fatigue and burnout.Cassie has a Master’s degree from Wheaton College in Leadership and Evangelism through the Propel Women Cohort. She, her husband Nic, and their two daughters live in Uhrichsville, Ohio with their cat.

Brenda Mason Young is a grateful woman with a full and blessed life. Married to Charles Young (also a minister) for 45 years before his death in 2019, they have three children and nine grandchildren. She has pastored In one capacity or another for 45+ years, 27 as lead pastor of Cornerstone Church in Akron, Ohio. Since her retirement, she now serves as counseling and care pastor there. She is the author of five books, and is a freelance writer for several publications.

Besides Jesus, her family, Cornerstone Church, and her community, her huge passion is Clear Blue Global Water Project. This nonprofit organization, started through a passionate sermon at Cornerstone, provides clean, safe water to desperately needy locations around the world since June 2007. More than 490 projects have been provided in 24 different countries, with nearly $3 million dollars donated.

Over the past 30 years as a pediatrician, and 15 years as a wellness coach, she has watched precious moms and women struggle with “all
the things”. She is on a mission to see women become anchored in who they are in Christ instead of being defined by the world.

She is the founder of Dr. Michelle Wellness Solutions LLC where she equips women & girls with the tools they need to build strong minds,
feel confident in the bodies God gave them, and live with powerhouse purposeful faith.

Her prayer is that women everywhere will become deeply anchored in their true worth so they can finally win the war with their self-esteem and step into the higher calling God has for them.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University and certification as an Ohio Certified Prevention Consultant.  Jodi Salvo has a deep love for Tuscarawas County and is currently the Ohio State Representative for District 51. Her commitment includes promoting local control, reducing government overreach, supporting small businesses, and tackling critical community issues such as suicide, addiction, and mental health.

Gina Fox is a Wife, Fur Mama, Aunt to many, Ministry Leader, Writer, Speaker and Podcaster. She is the founder of Anchored by the Sword Ministry and Podcast, which came out of her own journey towards freedom. She is also the author of the award-winning and Amazon best seller, Anchored in Freedom.
She loves connecting with people through storytelling and helping them to discover freedom in their own lives. She lives in Ohio with her husband, Matthew and her four fur babies, Bandit, Rascal, Hazel and Royce.

Erin Miller is the Coordinator of the Breathe Women’s Conference.  Besides that she is a homemaker and homeschooling boy mom.  She has her Bachelor's Degree in Bible Ministries from Cairn University.  She is a lover of a good story, both to tell and to listen.  Life is always an adventure with the Miller family, thus so many stories.  She loves to see people thrive in their God given purpose and show others the love of Christ.

Heather Peterman describes herself as a crazy Jesus loving woman. She feels blessed to call herself a daughter of the Most High King as well as a wife to her amazing husband Chad and a momma to her beautiful children. She is a nurse by trade but her passion is wellness! She wants people to truly “be well.”
